How it started

With a solid foundation based on many years of combined experience in the water tank manufacture and sales industries, Pro Plastics was formed in 2005. With a goal to create innovative and economical water storage solutions, Pro Plastics is focused on solving todays issues of global warming and drought in Australia.

As a family operated business based in Melbourne, Pro Plastics is proudly 100% Australian owned, and all of our products are made right here in Australia. We pride ourselves on producing the highest quality food grade polyethylene water tanks, built specifically with the Australian climate and conditions in mind.

What we do

Pro Plastics manufactures, produces, and then delivers, premium quality water tanks to personal and wholesale buyers. In addition to our Round and Slimline tank range, we source the best pumping solutions for your home or business. With our many years of industry experience, we can help you find the best water storage solution for your needs.

Where we deliver

We can deliver tanks and pumps to anywhere in Victoria. For customers based in the Melbourne metro area, we offer free delivery on all tanks. Alternatively, you can visit us at our warehouse (address on the right).

Our Products

What we use

We use the highest quality (food grade) polyethylene resin which contains an Ultra UV (UV24) stabilizer. This ensures that our tanks are built to last in the rugged Australian climate and conditions. We are so confident in our products that we offer a 10 year warranty on all Pro Plastics water tanks.

All of our water tanks also conform to the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4766, a standard developed to ensure that these tanks have been properly designed and manufactured to be fit for purpose for the length of their warranty life. This standard provides independant assurance that our products meet the highest standards.

How we do it

Utilizing the latest available rotomoulding technology, our tanks are designed to be modular and flexible in their use.

For many urban households, there is not sufficient space in the backyard for a traditional large round tank. Our modular design allows your water storage solution to fit into even the smallest available space. By connecting two or more smaller tanks, customers can conserve space while allowing from 700 litres through to more than 10,000 litres of water storage. In addition to this innovative modular design, every modular tank has an inlet, which allows for more flexibility.
